We kindly ask to observe the following rules:

• Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.

• smoking in the apartments is non permitted

• arrival and departure day is on Saturdays; except during low season (days of arrival and departure are flexible, we request a minimum stay of 3)

• the apartments are available from 3 pm on your day of arrival until 9 am on your day of departure

• once you decide to book your holiday apartment, we ask for a deposit (50% of the total price) and once the deposit has been paid, the reservation is binding

• in case of late arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to request full payment
